Mike Barr ~ Fine Artist
Mike Barr is an artist from Adelaide, South Australia, who paints what he loves - from sparsely populated beaches with big skies and wide shallows, to rain-drenched city streets that sparkle with reflective light. Of course, both these places are animated with human activity, such as beach walkers or those braving the elements of a rainy day, and they add to the appeal of such scenes. The sky usually plays a large part in Mike's work, as from a very young age he has been fascinated with clouds. At his website and blog you'll see paintings that reflect the moods of the sky, paintings that offer glimpses of where we have been, or where we would like to be - places where the soul can linger for a while an rest.

Denny Holland ~ Artist & Interior Designer
Denny Holland is an artist from the San Fransico Bay Area, California USA. His art is a blend of representational painting with conceptual ideas. The foundation of his work is the exploration of both the interior and exterior environments and the personal narratives that emerge from that process. With a background in interior design and fine art, Denny seeks to blur the lines between the lives we lead within the context of our architecture and the surrounding landscape. In his work, focus might be placed on a simple arrangement of chocolate truffles on a tabletop or an ambitious representation of the California terrain. Denny currently teaches drawing and presentation techniques for interior designers and devotes most of his day to making art.
